• All orders are classed as 'accepted' by us once the order has been dispatched. Any correspondence prior to dispatch is simply acknowledgement of receipt of order.

• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
• Our free mainland UK delivery/next day delivery options (where applicable) does not apply to extra large items such as LWB Side Steps and truck tops. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days. Outside of the UK, prices will be quoted during the purchase process. Delivery outside of mainland UK will normally take 5-14 working days.
• Upon receipt of the goods, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect your order and notify us of any damage or issues with 48 hrs. You must notify us by mail or email within 14 Days of receipt of the goods if you wish to return or exchange any part of your order.
• Unless otherwise stated, our products are covered by a 'return to base' warranty and it will be your responsibility to return any items to us in a saleable condition. We cannot be held liable for any return shipping costs or any damage caused in transit.
• We cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for any 3rd party (garage/mechanic) fees/charges incurred due to self-fitting issues or complications.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.
